CHAKRAS
· Definition:
Wheels of rotating energy located throughout the body.
Pronounced
"shock-ras". As defined by the Eastern Masters as intersections of vital
energy. There are hundreds of chakras throughout the body, we will be
using the 7 major Chakras. Each chakra location has it own specific
meaning (In the Vedic System, all the Chakras have the
same location front and back) they are defined by the Vedas as follows:

CHAKRA STONE PLACEMENT:
A. Lay stones in order on bed or floor and lay
down on them or
B. Place stones on top of your body while
laying down.
C. Pick an individual stone to place on
it's chakra.
D. Experiment with intuitively placing your
stones on the chakra's.
Deep breathe and relax and allow yourself to
connect with your energy centers. Awareness comes from noticing subtle
changes in thoughts, images and dreams.
